BlueCube Baths is a real, operating maker of premium cold plunges. I found no BBB profile, no Trustpilot profile, no recalls, and no failure reports across 17 sources per model. It also offers the longest standard chiller coverage of any brand in this series: 3 years of residential parts and labor.

I’m not issuing a verdict here. Below is the public record, checked against our Pre-Purchase Scam Checklist, so you can decide for yourself.

The record at a glance

CheckWhat I found
Store domainbluecubebaths.com. Registered January 2021. First seen by crawlers January 2023.
Business listingNo BBB profile found.
BBB complaintsNone found.
TrustpilotNo profile found. The company embeds Google reviews on its product pages. Those reviews are brand-wide and not tagged to a specific model.
WarrantyResidential: 3 years full parts and labor, covering components, plumbing, electrical, and labor. Tub and frame: 10 years. Extendable to 5 years total with a paid service plan. Commercial: 1 year. 30-day refund on non-custom units, minus a restocking fee.
CPSC recallsNone found for BlueCube.
ContrastMap Chiller Reliability IndexC1 and C2: score 91 each (0 failure-relevant reports in 17 examined). These are the top two scores in the index.

The caveat on the clean record

BlueCube’s public reviews on Google, Reddit, and YouTube are almost never tagged to a model. So the zero-failure finding in our Reliability Index is a brand-wide signal, not proof that a specific model is reliable. It’s still the strongest clean record among the brands in this series. Seventeen sources per model clears our low-confidence threshold.

How support works

BlueCube lists live U.S. video support on weekdays, on-site technical support for residential and commercial buyers, and an owner’s portal. Replacement parts can be installed by the owner or by a plumber or pool and spa technician. The C1 product page describes “precision Japanese compressors” but doesn’t name a brand.

Before you buy

  1. Ask what the restocking fee is on a 30-day return.
  2. Ask whether the 3-year warranty has any claim fees or shipping charges.
  3. Confirm the temperature range of the specific model. The C1’s own page lists 41°F to 104°F.
  4. Pay by credit card.
