What the complaints say
- Split shipments. BBB reviews and a widely viewed YouTube review describe the tub arriving first and the chiller arriving weeks later. In one case, the gap was about three months.
- Chillers that never arrive. An r/coldplunge thread titled “Ice Bath Club Lawsuit” describes a chiller still undelivered 12 weeks after ordering, with no refund.
- Chillers that arrive but don’t work. One BBB reviewer says the chiller came three months after the tub and did not function.
Not every buyer reports a failure. A YouTube reviewer who waited about three months for the full order said the system did work once everything arrived.

The third is a warranty contact that routes outside the U.S., which makes any dispute harder to pursue. None of these prove intent.
